Why did i become a japanese samurai in Kaliningrad
Hey gays my name is Kazuki.
I'm japanese student, who studies at master degree program here.
Today i wanna talk about my story for desicion to study in Kaliningrad.
Why did i choose this place for study after my graduate from bechelor degree in Japan?
This answer is very simple, but it is also a little curious;)
I have been traveled in many countries like India,Bangradesh, chaina,Vietnam etc.
But i hadn't seen any experience, from which can teach me my future's indications,
until i know Russia and other countries in central Asia.
After travelling in Russia,my opinion was changed dramatically.
I thought like other japanese Russia is the country of scare or pesimism.
In other word,my stereotype of Russia was everything dark and cold.
But these stereotype turned into more soft and good one after travelling in Russia.
Because all of my russian friends more friendly and talktive against my stereotype.
In other word, they live more happily than we are thinking about Russian.
additionally, they are very open to strangers.
I remember one day i lost my way and bus, which is going to my hostel,
the people, who are around me,helped me by showing the way and guiding the city:)
It was my first day of staying in Russia and this experience stanned me.
Because espesially Japanese people are very closed mind to strangers
and they are thinking if they show their emotions or opinions directly,
they think this person is crude and insane,so they are not friendly at first.
But russian people always speak directry and they can become friends at a glance.
that's why my stereotype had changed and i had an interest in Russia from then on.
I started reed some russian literature and books on russian colture
and one day i found a opportunity to study in Kaliningarad.
At first i hesitate over these choises "study in Moscow or other region",
but decided to come here to study russian and my study.
Because these famous plases between japanese students
are not so good choises to study russian language
like Vladivostok,Hovosibirsk,Moscow and St.petersberg
due to absence of oppotunities for using russian language
and good experiensed teachers of languages.
My friend from turkey usually complained the quqlity of teachers in Peters berg.
Accoding to his story, almost of foreign students can't live in the center,
but must live in other region in Peters berg.
Also their teachers are just students at university,
so they don't get good study there in many cases.
Of course these university are very high quality, but if you study russian lauguage,
you should consider your disicion before you decide what you wii do.
In my case,i think i deside the place correctly, where i study.
Now i live in Kaliningarad and enjoy my student life.
I found my job in a local language school as japanese teacher,
and i also sometimes teach students individually at any places.
I'm satisfied with this life in Kaliningarad.
May be i will continue to live here with my girl friend after my master degree.
I must leave from Russia to Japan owing to this situation with COVID-19.
But i will come back here and see my russian friends soon again.
